François Perret graduated pastry in 1997 and has since never ceased to grow and learn

In 2002, at the Four Seasons George V, the Head Perret through the ranks: from "first committed," he goes "party leader", then became "Sous Chef Pastry" before reaching the position of Pastry Chef La Table du Lancaster in 2008.

He joined the Shangri-La Hotel, Paris in 2009. It is now four years that François Perret presides over sugary Shangri-La and can ensure safe to assume that it has now reached a kind of maturity enabling it to offer high-flying creations.
