Standard Shipping (Everywhere in Greece)

 

Hey! Just a reminder that you will receive your order anywhere from 3-7 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to two days to process your order. This is just an estimate, though, and doesn't include weekends or holidays. You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of the carrier we've used to ship your order, and the different tracking options available for it. 
 

Shipping Rates in Greece & Delivery Time

 

• Standard Shipping:  €2,50  (3 - 5 Business Days)

• Express Shipping:    €5,30  (2 - 4 Business Days)

• Courier by ELTA:      €12     (1 - 2 Business Days)

 

Rates has been estimated for up to 1kg, for every extra 1kg rate will increase by €0,60 at Standard and Express Shipping. 

  

About Courier ELTA rates has been estimated for up to 2kg, for every extra 1kg rate will increase by €2,20.

 

Extra fee for Delivery Payments at Standard and Express Shipping is €2,30 - at Courier ELTA is €5,20.

International Standard - Express Shipping

 

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

• Standard Shipping - Zone1:   €5,50  (5 - 10 Business Days) 

• Standard Shipping - Zone2:   €6,50  (5 - 10 Business Days) 

 

Rates has been estimated for up to 0.5kg, for every extra 0.5kg rate will increase by €2,50 for countries of Zone1(*) and €4,00 for countries of Zone2(**)

 

• Express Shipping - Zone1:   €8,50  (3 - 5 Business Days)

• Express Shipping - Zone2:   €9,00  (3 - 5 Business Days)

 

Rates has been estimated for up to 0.5kg, for every extra 0.5kg rate will increase by €3,00 for countries of Zone1(*) and €6,00 for countries of Zone2(**)

 

Zone 1(*): Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, France, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, United Kingdom, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Malta, the Netherlands, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Czech Republic, Finland, Cyprus , Luxembourg, Switzerland, Iceland, Norway.

Zone 2(**): All other countries of European Union and countries rest of the world

Extra Fees - Taxes and Duties

 

• Extra fee for Delivery Payments at International Standard and Express Shipping is €2,50.

• All international orders outside Europe may be subject to taxes and duties.

• We ship your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and we do not collect nor do we calculate the VAT, duties and/or taxes during checkout.

• Any fees that are due will be collected upon delivery of the order.

• All applicable customs, taxes, import duties and collection fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery).

• Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s).

• Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package(s), and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.

• Taxes and fees are based on many factors, including location, material, item value, etc.

• The amount of taxes due is determined solely by the government.

• Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD).

• If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.

• These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by Figura Fashion Design.

 

Currency Conversions

 

All prices listed on our site are in € Euros, and charged to your credit card in € Euros. The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will be charged, but in general it should match closely with the current rate.
