Due to the customisable nature of our products, no refunds can be provided.

The Figura Fashion Design website product photos are created to allow customers to view their custom designed clothing item(s). It should be noted however that the images on our website may potentially differ slightly in appearance to the finished product purchased.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Figura Fashion Design may request verification of information prior to processing an order. Verification may be requested, but not limited to, company purchase orders and large ticket orders. Figura Fashion Design reserves the right to refuse and cancel any order without compensation.

GIFT CARDS

Coupons and discounts cannot be applied to the purchase of Gift Cards. Gift Cards qualify for free shipping but do not count toward the free shipping threshold. Figura Fashion Design Gift Cards are non refundable and cannot be transferred, exchanged or resold, nor may they be redeemed for cash.
